Doc Holiday was many things but one thing he was not was...a slob.

Lilac & Fig, a classy scent reminiscent of Victorian times and something our outlaw hero Doc Holiday might have bought off the back of a stage coach that just arrived from back East. This stuff had to be Extra Sport Strength...and it is. If you have tried PAA deodorants you know they are high quality but this version takes the cake! The secret (no pun intended) is Potassium Alum!

Not To Be Confused For Aluminum:

To be clear, our deodorant does not contain the bad stuff; aluminum chlorohydrate, aluminum chloride, aluminum hydroxybromide or aluminum zirconium—all forms of aluminum commonly used in antiperspirants and deodorants. To stop the flow of sweat to your skin’s surface, the aluminum plugs sweat ducts in the top layer of your skin stopping the natural flow of sweat to your skin’s surface.

The stuff in PAA Extra Sport Formula is very different, called alum. The most common form is potassium alum, also known as potassium aluminum sulfate.

I love our natural deodorants but on gym days I always hit up my under arms with an alum block first, just to be safe. After awhile It occurred to me I could kill too birds with one stone or stick, deodorant stick in this case. Once we nailed the ratio the protection proved steadfast & resilient.
