We do everything we can to send your products as securely as possible.

All orders are packaged in cardboard wrap or cardboard boxes.
For void fill, we use food-grade plain newsprint paper or biodegradable pop cornstarch.
We try to avoid using plastic packaging as much as we can (eg. bubble wrap), but some manufacturers might use some plastic wrapping or product packaging. Feel free to contact us and we will check.
Our courier bags are compostable, they are made from corn starch, PLA and PBAT. A natural alternative to traditional plastic-based courier bags.

Change of Mind Returns

You are more than welcome to return products within 60 days of delivery if you decide they aren't right for you (10-day returns on all clearance items). Because we need to be able to resell the item to another wet shaving enthusiast, we just ask that the following conditions are met:

The Condition: Products must be unopened, unused, and in the same condition you received them. This includes all manufacturer packaging, seals, labels and accessories.
Shipping Costs: For change of mind returns, the cost of returning the item is the customer’s responsibility. Original shipping charges are also non-refundable.
Free Shipping Adjustments: If your original order qualified for free shipping, but returning an item reduces the remaining order value below the free shipping threshold, we’ll simply deduct the original shipping cost from your refund.

Received a Damaged or Incorrect Item?

We take great pride in packing your orders safely, but sometimes accidents happen in transit or we make a packing mistake. We are so sorry if this happens! Please let us know immediately. We will arrange and pay for the return shipping. As soon as the return is confirmed, we’ll happily send a replacement or provide a full refund, whichever you prefer.

Dampen your face with warm water (can skip this step if you are using Pre-Shave Cream)
Dampen your brush with warm water.
Gently spread about 2cm of Proraso Shaving Cream amount the bristles of the brush
Massage onto the face with circular movements to obtain a rich and creamy foam (for those who do not have a brush, can use fingertips to replace the brush)

Great Shaving Cream

As always, another fantastic product from Proraso. The lather is exceptional and the fragrance is subtle.

Good range, lasts for a long time

Part of the sensitive skin series - love it. For face lather, 1 cm on the brush for 1-2 pass shave. For bowl lather, 2 cm for 3 pass shave. Nitpicking, the tube came slightly deshaped but that doesn't affect the product quality. At this rate a single tube should easily last a year, maybe more. What's not to love?

Works fantastically for sensitive skin, has a nice green tea scent, gives slickness for the razor to glide with ease, and the post-shave feeling is great. Overall, if you are a teen wanting to try traditional shaving, plz use this cream; your skin will thank you for it.

It does exactly what it says on the label. And I've use the soap which is great as well.

Happy with this

For the sake of full disclosure, I should start by saying that I am totally new to DE shaving - although as a child I used to watch my father shaving with a set up from the second world war, and it fascinated me.

Now for this cream. I have so far used the Proraso soap, and now the cream in the white line. Nothing else. I do have a very sensitive skin and I find this product helps somewhat, but I still have had no 'eureka' shaves as yet. Perhaps someone could recommend a really good cushioning and gentle soap to me, but in essence I find it good, but I have nothing to compare this with and I am not in love with it.

It literally does what is say. Sensitive. Gentle and no clogging irrespective of the razor used. All Proraso products are superb.

Excellent product, great for sensitive skin

This shaving cream lathers up well on the face. It lubricates the skin well and I find it rare to nick the skin when using it. Nonetheless, the real appeal is it is truly good on sensitive skin. I am unable to use anything with essential oils (like Sandlewood) as this will produce a rash on the face. Similarly, some creams add soy-proteins and again, this is something that gives my skin a rash. This product is free of these ingredients, and other common causes of irritation. It's one of my shaving staples. I get a good shave and no itchy rashes.

This Super Formula is bloody close, is concentrated so you dont need much, has a great lime and apple scent, and is good value.

Interesting old school fragrance, it’s ok but not my favourite.
Cream itself is much better than Nivea tube available at supermarkets, a lot less razor burn and skin is left in better condition. There may be better products available but from my experience I would recommend this product.
