Ordering

Can I talk to someone before I order?

Absolutely, we are here to help. Give us a call on 09 283 7450 or send us a message and we do our best to answer your questions.

I haven't recived an order confirmation.

Within a minute of completing your checkout, you should receive an order confirmation email. Please check your spam folder first and then the spelling of your email address. Let us know if you still haven't received the email, we will search on our site and get it sorted quickly.

Do you offer Discount Codes?

We do offer some discounts through our rewards program. Otherwise, we believe in fair pricing that works for everyone. We never markup a product just so that we can put it on special. That said, there are some great bargains in the clearance section. You might find something that's heavily discounted.

Do I need an account to shop on your website?

No, you can checkout as a guest with your email address.

The Item I want is out of stock, will you get more?

It really depends on the product. We always try to keep up a steady supply, but sometimes manufactures or distributors are also out of stock. Most products we re-stock frequently, but there are some products we only get 3-4 times a year so it's best if you contact us for an ETA.

Can I cancel my order?

No problem at all. If we haven't shipped your order yet, we will refund you straight away. And if your order has been collected by the courier, we will try to have it returned to us but in some cases it might be too late and the courier is going to deliver your order. You can still cancel your order by returning the package back to us, we refund you once we have received your returning package. For more details, checkout our Return page > Returns

Can I order over the phone?

To be honest, the fastest and most secure way is to order through the website. You're more than welcome to call us, but we have no facilities to take payments over the phone and your order will be manually entered at the end of the day.

Shipping

When will my order arrive?

From our side we will ship your order the same day (before 4pm Mon-Fri, excl. public holidays) from our Auckland warehouse.

For the courier, in most cases (90-95% of shipping to urban or business addresses) your order is delivered within a couple of business days. But since shipping is outside of our control we can not guarantee a fixed delivery day.

Keep in mind, couriers usually don't deliver on Saturdays and rural addresses might take an extra day. Otherwise, common issues that cause delays are, missing address details, or no delivery instructions to help the driver with "tricky" deliveries, or you're not home and the driver can't find a safe place to leave your package (weatherproof & out of side from the street).

Do you offer Free Shipping?

All orders above $100 qualify for free urban shipping or discounted rural shipping. For more details, check out our Shipping & Delivery page.

What courier company do you use?

We use NZ Post or New Zealand Couriers.

Can I track my order?

Once your order is packed you will automatically receive an email with the tracking details. It might take a couple of hours before you see the first tracking update, but once your package is collected by the courier you will see regular tracking updates.

Do you ship worldwide?

Short answer No. Long answer, we focus on New Zealand - that's where we can make a difference and add value like fast shipping and act on local demand.

Returns and Refunds

How do I return a product?

We offer a 30-days return policy. Even if you simply change your mind or don't like a product, because we know shopping online can be hard. For more details, checkout our Return page > Returns

How long will it take to receive my refund?

We process refunds on the same day we receive your return.

Do you refund postage fees for returns?

For "Change of Mind" returns we do not cover return shipping & the original postage fee is none refundable. For more details, checkout our Return page > Returns

Payment

Do you keep my credit card information?

Your payment information is processed securely by either ShopPay, PayPal, Afterpay, or LayBuy. We do not store credit card details nor have access to your credit card information.

Do I need an account to use PayPal?

No, you can pay for an order via PayPal using your credit/debit card. No PayPal account is required.
