Our product warranty is in addition to your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (NZ).
All of our non-consumable products are covered by a 12 month (return to seller) warranty from the date of purchase.
Any faults during the warranty period, we ask you to email us with a photo or video of the faulty product. In some cases we might require you to return the faulty product so that we can assess it. Return shipping is on us and we will provide a pre-paid return courier ticket by email.
If your item is deemed a manufactures fault we will cover all postage fees and either repair, replace, or refund the original purchase price. We try our best to minimise any inconvenience and resolve the issue as soon as possible, but you might be without the item for a few days if it needs to be returned to us.
Our warranty does not cover defects resulting from improper or unreasonable use, accidental drops or falls, or modification of original condition. The warranty also does not cover general wear & tear, or damage due to improper or little maintenance.
