The smell of this is just amazing. Of all my various soaps and after shaves, this is the one I always take a great whif of prior to shaving. It goes on easy as a pre-shave softener, and washes off your hands really quickly, getting you ready for the next step.

Please be aware that this is a rectangular slab of soap so it doesn't fit regular bowls (I put it in a plastic box). The product is good and recommended.

Having tried several of Taylor of Old Bond Street shaving creams over the years, the Lavender Shaving Cream is my favourite one. Once you have tried it with such a lovely soft scent - you will be hooked like me. But re-order early as it sells fast.

I wanted a 85mm wide refill to fit the existing wooden bowls that i have and ordered this one. It is not 85mm, it is 83mm which means a slight gap between the bowl and refill. Anyway, the quality is good but it is a little harser than what i had used earlier (L'Occitane ) and burns a little on sensetive skin.

I have found these blades to be excellent quality and consistent. I shave for one week per blade. I know I could get a few more days but at 81 I have a few rough spots on my dial and it's the old story - the blunter the blade the more likely to get cut!
I have shaved with good quality blades from my youth and Muhle is as good as any and great value

Nice simple, old fashioned mens fragrance. Good astringent as an aftershave, and a price and quantity where you can splash it on whenever you want a freshen up.
