An excellent hold and moisturiser. Both my public hair and my underlying skin were nourished, calm, and contained. The tang of whisky and herbals is great. Do you self and your chin a favour and give this NZ product a bash: you won't regret it!

I've been DE wet shaving for well over 20 years now. I've tried all sorts of blades and found that stainless steel blades are not sharp enough for me. These platinum-coated type are superb. Feather brand is about as good as any that I've tried. They cut like a razor!
I bought this as I liked the look of the ingredients. The soap foams well but is a bit thin on the face and I found that I was more likely to get nicks as a result. Not as luxurious as the Proraso cream.
Fragrance is nice.
Soap residue is also more difficult to rinse away from the sink.
Great product. Lathers well and lasts a long time. Way better than shaving foam.
I have tried several brands of shaving soap in different presentations. The best of all is La Toja. It makes a thick foam that makes razors glide over my skin. It is not the most expensive of all the ones that I have tried, so it is fantastic value for money.
I love this balm! After one use I was sold, lovely aroma and a luscious, creamy feel on the face, I wish I'd found it earlier.

Having memories of the old safety razors i was expecting a few nicks until i got used to it. Pleased to say i have not had one after two weeks of use and the shaves are incredibly smooth.
A lot thicker than what I was expecting. I was thinking it would be more fluid like Nivea or Proraso’s balms. Still it does the job and the unscented nature is great when you don’t want the hassle of figuring out which of your aftershave/colognes goes well with it.

Beats all previous blades for smoothness if shave and longevity. On my 8th shave on the very first blade. Usually stop at about 5! High recommend
if you are looking for the sharpest blade and the closest shave you will ever have these are the top dog, they are incredibly unforgiving though so you need to take it slow and precise, if you have the time for a slower and careful shave but want it as smooth as you will ever get it then these are the blades for you. If you tend to shave less often these are top dogs against longer, thicker and tougher hair, cant go wrong and cant be beat.(they do dull rather quickly though so can be a little more pricey compared to other brands)
if you want something almost as sharp but a bit more forgiving then try Wilkinson Sword, just as good, much cheaper and almost as close of a shave with a few more passes.
i have been through about 10 blade brands and these stand above all, very closely followed by feather blades but considering the price difference these trump all, Feather are definitely sharper and get a closer shave with a single pass BUT Wilkinson Sword are much safer and forgiving in comparison, Price alone makes these far more worth it.
Personally i have bought both feather and Sword blades in bulk as i shave my scalp bald and feather is much nicer if i get lazy and let it grow out a bit longer, for an every day or every other day shave though these are Far superior, safer and quicker to get the same level of shave.

its an ok shave for a daily if you clean shave, personally i shave my scalp bald and my neck but keep my beard at a respectable level, for the scalp these are way too mild and just unusable, for the neck they are great, quick, no risk of nics or cuts, even if you are careless or quick. Honestly a great blade for a daily quick shave
look its a great blade for the price, its on par if with astra if not better, its a milder shave, blades fine but honestly it takes too many passes to get right if you have tough hair, im sure if you have soft hair you will be fine and these are a 5/5 in that case but for me its just not good enough and with these i NEED some form of cream / numbing to even make it worth the effort it takes to use properly. personally i although far more expensive im sticking with Feather and Wilkinson Sword
