All packages are tracked and signature required is available from an additional $0.50

Order Dispatch :

  • All orders are dispatched from our Auckland Warehouse.
  • We aim to dispatch your order the same day via NZ Post Courier or New Zealand Couriers (orders must be received & paid before 4PM).
  • Orders placed on a Saturday, Sunday, or Public Holiday will be dispatched the next business day.
  • Tracking details are automatically emailed once your order has been packed.


    Shipping times :

    • Shipping to most Urban Addresses, PO Boxes, Parcel Collect, or ParcelPod takes on average 1-2 business days. You can check the below links on how the courier network is tracking in your region:

    • Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed.
    • Rural Delivery (RD addresses) can add a couple of business days. Please select the Rural shipping option during checkout for the quickest delivery.


    Shipping method :

    During checkout, you will be offered various shipping methods.

    • Authority to Leave - Courier Delivery
      Tracked service with a delivery target of 1-2 business days. No Signature is required and the courier driver will leave your parcel in a safe place (any item lost or stolen after delivery is at your own Risk). Your parcel is still covered if the Courier damages or loses it during transport.
      We strongly recommend using "Signature Required" for higher-value orders or if there is no safe place to leave your parcel (that's weatherproof & out of view of the street).

    • Signature Required - Courier Delivery
      Tracked service with a delivery target of 1-2 business days and someone at your address must sign for the parcel or you have given NZ Post a "Leave my parcel authority". 
      Please keep in Mind:  "Authority to Leave (ATL)" is assigned to your address (not a person). If you have just moved to a new address or another household member has given an Authority to Leave - this will apply to anyone at the same address. To manage an ATL, create a NZ Post account for free and check your address verification status.

    • Rural (non-urban) Delivery
      Tracked service with a delivery target of 1-4 business days. During checkout most rural (non-urban) addresses are detected, but if your address is new or doesn't match the NZ Post database you might be given multiple shipping options. Please choose one of the rural shipping options to avoid any delays.

    Missed a delivery :

    This could be because your parcel needed a signature or the courier driver didn’t think it was safe to leave it. Your parcel is then returned to the local depot and you have the option to have it re-delivered or re-directed to another address (within 50km).

    You can also authorise the delivery driver to sign for your parcel on your behalf and leave it in a safe place of your choice.

    Never miss a delivery - set up a handy collection location. Get your parcels sent to one of NZ Post convenient locations such as a participating Countdown supermarket, Z Energy petrol station, CourierPost depot or NZ Post Retailer.

    Packaging :

    We do everything we can to send your products as secure as possible.

    • All orders are packaged in cardboard wrap or cardboard boxes.
    • For void fill, we use food-grade plain newsprint paper or biodegradable pop cornstarch.
    • We try to avoid using plastic packaging as much as we can (eg. bubble wrap), but some manufacturers might use some plastic wrapping or product packaging. Feel free to contact us and we will check.
    • Our courier bags are compostable, they are made from corn starch, PLA and PBAT. A natural alternative to traditional plastic-based courier bags.
