Don't want to wait for the courier? Shop online and collect your order when it suits you via contactless "pick up" from our Auckland showroom. Just add everything you love to your cart. Complete the checkout process and select "Pick up". Orders are usually ready within an hour (Mon-Fri 9am-5pm & Sat 10am-4pm), we will email/text once your order is available.
Order Dispatch :
- Same day dispatch via CourierPost or New Zealand Couriers, provided that we receive payment before 4PM Monday to Friday
(some rural or bulky items might be dispatch via NZ Post). - All orders placed on Saturday, Sunday, Regional/National Holiday will be dispatched the very next business day.
- Tracking details are automatically emailed when your order has been dispatched. Once your order is on the way, you will receive tracking updates at certain stages.
Delivery times :
- We use CourierPost or New Zealand Couriers with a delivery target of the next working day to NZ Urban Addresses or PO Box.

- Rural Delivery (RD addresses) can add a couple days.
- Orders over $75 we usually upgrade to Signature Required at no extra charge.
If you were unavailable to sign for an item when the courier driver called, or if the item does not require a signature and a safe place could not be found to leave it, then the courier driver will leave a ‘Card to Call’ at the delivery address. Please visit the CourierPost or NZ Couriers website to arrange redelivery of your item.

Packaging :
We do everything we can to send your products as secure as possible.
- All orders are packaged in cardboard wrap or boxes filled with paper void.
- We use compostable courier bags made with corn starch, PLA and PBAT.
