We offer a "No questions asked 14-days (30-days over Xmas) return Policy".
Change of Mind :
No problem, if you have changed your mind or realize you have purchased the wrong item. We are happy to accept returns of Unopened & Unused products with packaging in original condition (in general goods must be in a re-saleable condition).
Items that can not be returned are, where a product seal has been broken (due to hygienic reasons) or when the product packaging is lost/damaged since we can't sell these items as new. Please note, we do not cover return shipping and the original shipping fee is none refundable for change of mind returns.
Wrong or damaged item delivered :
We apologize if you have received a damaged or wrong product. We take great care when packing your items to avoid any damage during transport. Please let us know as soon as possible and we will arrange for the item to be returned to us and a replacement to be sent out to you. If you prefer we can also refund the product once we have received the item back.
Please do not throw away the parcel or protective packaging in which the product came, we will organise the return of the product at our cost.
How to return a Product :
Please complete the below "Return Request" and we will get in touch as soon as possible (Mon-Fri 9am-5pm). Change of mind returns can be send back to FineShave, 5j Miro Place, Albany, Auckland 0632. We will process your refund once we have received the returned product. Refunds will be credited against your original method of payment, eg to the credit card you used to make the purchase.

Our Return Policy applies to all goods or services bought for personal or household use.
