Returns

We offer a no questions asked, 14-day exchange policy. Goods must be unused & sealed/unopened, with packaging in original condition (in general goods must be in a resalable condition unless faulty or otherwise defective).

Change of Mind :

If you change your mind, or realise you have purchased the incorrect item, you can enjoy the peace of mind that you can return your purchase for a refund or if you choose a product exchange. Please keep in mind goods must be unused & sealed/unopened, with packaging in original condition - please keep the manufacture packing until you're satisfied with the goods.

Wrong or damaged item delivered :

We apologise if we have accidentally supplied the wrong product, you are welcome to an exchange or refund. If you have received a product that is damaged/faulty, you are entitled to have your product repaired/replaced or refunded. Please do not throw away the parcel or cover in which the product came, we will organise the return of the product at our cost.

How to return a Product  :

Please complete our below "Request a Return Form" and we will provide instructions on the return process. Refunds will be credited against your original method of payment, eg to the credit card you used to make the purchase.
We will endeavour to send you a replacement/refund as soon as possible - after we have received the returned product.

FineShave Limited is fully committed to protecting your rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act (CGA). This applies to all goods or services bought for personal or household use. If you are acquiring goods for business purposes as defined in sections 2 and 43 of the CGA, you agree that the consumer guarantees provided for in the CGA will not apply to the supply of those goods.
