Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, even if you simply change your mind or don't like a product, because we know shopping online can be hard.

However, there are some terms and conditions to keep it fair for everyone.

Change of Mind :

You are welcome to return any Unopened & Unused products within 30 days of delivery. In general, goods must be returned in their original purchase condition including all product parts and manufacturer's packaging in original condition.

Please note, we do not cover return shipping & the original postage fee is none refundable for change of mind returns. If you've received free shipping on your order and your change of mind return brings the order value under the free shipping threshold, we may deduct the value of the initial shipping cost from your refund.

Wrong or damaged item delivered :

We apologize if you have received a damaged or wrong product. We take great care when packing your items to avoid any damage during transport. Please let us know as soon as possible and we will arrange for the item to be returned to us at our cost. Once we have received the item we will send out a replacement.  If you prefer we can also refund the product once we have received the item back.


Wrong product description :

While we try to be as accurat as possible, sometimes we do make mistakes, or manufactures change product details (eg. ingredients). If you are concerned about a product you have received, please let us know as soon as possible. We are more than happy to take back any product that is "not as described" on our website. We will organise the return of the product at our cost.

How to return a Product  :

Please complete our "Return Request form" or send us an email at  help@fineshave.co.nz  and we will get in touch as soon as possible (Mon-Fri 9am-5pm). Our return address is FineShave Limited | 5j Miro Place | Albany | Auckland 0632 | New Zealand 

Returned "change of mind" products that arrive in a damaged condition, including damage to their manufacturer's packaging - may not be accepted for return, please take care to package the item safely.

We are not responsible for "change of mind" return packages that may be lost or damaged in transit. It is recommended that you choose a method of shipping with tracking and insurance.

We will process your refund once we have received the returned product. Refunds will be credited against your original method of payment, eg to the credit card you used to make the purchase.
