Absolutely marvelous product, works well and feels great on the face, I also like the fact I can put shaving soap over the top of the pre shave.
If you're getting into DE shaving and / or have sensitive skin and want to minimize razor burn and such, this is the gold standard. Plenty of expert opinion on Youtube regarding this. Tub should last for at least 6 months for daily use unless your face is the size of a Clydesdale. Wet face, apply cream, and then start prepping your foam, brush and blades. You can apply your shaving cream over this without washing so that's great. I've gone for the whole Prorasso sensitive skin set which gives you uniform fragrance.

Great product and helps to prevent rash and razor burn, can definitely recommend this product!
If like me you can't shave for a couple of days, this product is a face saver. What I mean by that it creates a film on your skin which helps the blade glide. It also helps soften the hairs. Again, adding the blade to glide. Which means less irritation, and a more comfortable shave. Down side of this product - not so good if left in heat to long after you have opened it. Don't leave the lid off, and let it to dry out. Also the size and shape of the jar means not good when you travel. Still a great product.
In over 50 years of shaving this is the first time I have used a pre shave and honestly Im sold. An excellent product, easy to apply to the face. Using a small amount of shaving cream I whip up in a lather on the face using a brush and then shave. I find the blade glides over the face effortlessly resulting in a closer shave without any irritation. In the past I would wash my face first then lather up with shaving cream but this does away with this process and the result is a closer and smoother shave. The fragrance with hints of mint and eucalyptus is OK. Personally I like less fragrance, I understand it is not as strong as the other two fragrances.
Use it everyday and find I use slightly less than the Proraso Red Pre Shave, which I’ve used previously.
Have recently tried the Proraso Green also and prefer this.
White preshave and Green cream go nicely together
I honestly don't notice any difference using this from when not using it. It feels like it is warm on the face when applied.

I like this: minimal fragrance, quite cooling and no sensitivity issues. The glass container makes it tricky for travel but otherwise a fine product.

This stuff is the bee's knees. I have a tough beard and sensitive skin - a difficult combination. This stuff softens the beard to make shaving a breeze.
DP loves this product - he has sensitive skin and and has struggled with ingrown hairs, but has found this product great for opening up the pores, assisting in getting a great close shave. Since using a good preshave cream, his skin looks and feels healthy and the occurance of ingrown hairs has definitely diminished. Highly recommended to all =)
