How to Use

Ensure Moustache Wax is warm (carry it in your pocket for about 10 minutes). Comb your moustache, then scrape out a small amount (a little goes a long way) with the back of the thumbnail and warm up by rubbing between fingers and thumb before applying. Apply wax to the middle of your moustache and evenly rub it in, all the way out to the ends. Style to achieve desired effect.

Captain Fawcett’s Expedition Hold

Captain Fawcett’s Expedition Strength Sandalwood Moustache Wax (Firm Hold) works really well. Warm the small tin up in your pocket for a bit apply via thumb nail to opposite hand’s side of the forefinger and warm and rub with that hand’s thumb and then you’ll apply to the side of the moustache from the centre to the tips getting the top and underside done in each pass. Once I figured out the application which is just the same motion that you will always do on a moustache (between first finger and thumb) I was good to go and it works really well. It is correct to work out from the centre to the tips as this keeps the structural integrity through the moustache as every whisker is doing its bit. Lasts quite a while and when it wears off it leaves the moustache feeling smooth and conditioned in a way that I didn’t expect. This is the first specialist wax I have purchased and I’m really appreciating it after previously just using a generic beard softener product that didn’t hold and was incorrect for that application.
