After trying lots of different blades, I prefer these feather blades from fine shave. Easy ordering and regular updates about delivery. The one thing that annoys rural customers is NZ Posts rort on charging more for delivery. For rural customers would it be possible to use a prepaid NZ Post bag? Most small orders like blades would fit into the size 1 bag which is only $5.20.
Easy to order, quick delivery and great blades. There were other blades that come with the razor I purchased however once I changed to these - what a difference!

if you are looking for the sharpest blade and the closest shave you will ever have these are the top dog, they are incredibly unforgiving though so you need to take it slow and precise, if you have the time for a slower and careful shave but want it as smooth as you will ever get it then these are the blades for you. If you tend to shave less often these are top dogs against longer, thicker and tougher hair, cant go wrong and cant be beat.(they do dull rather quickly though so can be a little more pricey compared to other brands)
if you want something almost as sharp but a bit more forgiving then try Wilkinson Sword, just as good, much cheaper and almost as close of a shave with a few more passes.
Good blades
Have been using the the feather stainless steel razor blades for many years now and find them very nice gives a good smooth shave they are the sharpest blades on the market japanese steel and I like how you can put used blade in the slot behind blade cartriage which you cant do that with most d.E blade cartriages I normally buy my blades in bulk so its great I can order in 100 packs.Thanks to fine shave for there fast shipping as usual.
Can’t recommend these enough. I have tried several brands of this type of blade but none comes near the close clean shave offered by these Feather blades.
I purchased these for my husband. He was pretty chuffed with these blades. The blades are that good he has cut himself a few times lol.
Ordering online is really easy and wow with the delivery.. so quick.
Once you have a sound technique these blades are the absolute best, insanely sharp will get to areas the other blades have difficulty with, to get the smoothest shave start with a close comb finish up with a open comb on the more difficult areas very little pressure recommended.
Feather blades do require some respect no rush shaves it takes me 30-40 minutes to complete a shave but comes out marble smooth. with no discomfort after I apply the alum.

I tried a sampler pack and Feather were the only blades that really stood out. Costs a little more but they are the sharpest.

Having gone through the giant sampler pack I found myself favouring the Feather and the Astra. Top quality blade does 2 -3 days before changing, using Muhle R106 closed comb razor with Triumph and Disaster shaving cream
These are the bomb. After trying samples of different blades these stood out as the best for me giving the best shave.
What else do you expect of the Japanese? of course they make the best blades. I've tried every blade I have seen over the years, but these Feathers have always been the best. I'm giving up sampling and sticking to these.
