Description

Derby Saloon Single Edge Razor Blades are specifically designed for Barbershops, Salons & disposable Straight Razors (shavette).

These 1/2 blades have been conveniently snapped in half for use with barber style folding razors, it eliminates the need to manually break DE blades in half (just open blade and slide in razor). These disposable blades are individually wrapped for hygienic concerns. The stainless steel blades are sharp and smooth for a comfortable shave.

Great blade for beginners

I've really enjoyed shaving with these blades as a shavette novice, they are sharp enough to not require much pressure at all, but feel reasonably forgiving (although there is still obviously the odd nick!). I'll start to venture forth and try more blade brands but I can recommend these as a nice balance of sharpness and smoothness for the rookie or sensitive of face. I can get a maximum of 4 shaves out of a blade, but normally change after 3 shaves, but of course this will be different for everybody.
