You can’t go wrong with Layrite. Best bang for your buck. All Layrite’s products are great! This product smells great and has a strong hold. I have thick long gray hair and this holds it however you put it without any shine. Worth it!
Great product
This is my first time buying "good quality" hair product. I'm normally a supermarket purchaser thinking that stuff was okay. My whole head and hair is so much better off after using the Layrite Cement though! It's made a much bigger difference than I could have anticipated in making my hair feel softer and healthier without that horrible flakiness.
I can achieve my desired style right out of bed with fluffy bone-dry hair, or out of the shower with towel dried. It takes a bit of getting using to, and I'm still learning how to style properly, but it's worth it. I'm finding I may need to up the amount I use to make it hold stronger for longer. As some suggest, it can wear down and fall out of place over the day a little. I mostly work in an office, and usually wear a hat when I go out. My hair will still stay in place well after a day of this. My wife even commented how good it looked straight out my hat the other day ;).
Overall a great product, and well worth trying. On the pricey side though given how much it looks like I may need to use at one time. I'm looking forward to trying some other layrite products.
