Description

This Alum block is a natural product which helps seal small nicks and cuts.
It acts as an astringent and can be used to tone the skin leaving it smooth and silky after shaving.
Simply wet the stone and rub on the affected area.

It works

I’m new to safety razor shaving but after doing some research and watching far too many (honestly) YouTube videos on the topic I took the plunge. This alum block really works - it has been especially good for sorting out the inevitable nicks and cuts as I am learning the technique of using my new Muhle R89 Twist.

Would happily buy again but might look for something in a container.

Allume block

It's handier and easier to use than the round sticks but I feel it's not as concentrated as the Muhle Alum pen. Not sure if that's good or bad yet. Still, it does the job and I'm happy with it.
