Manufactured from Polypropylene, a space age Polymer known for its miraculous ability to hold and maintain heat, the Scuttle has raised internal digs to increase resistance and effortlessly produce copious amounts of lather. The Scuttle weighs in at 139grams and the inner bowl measures approximately 10cm and is 5.7cm deep.
Microwave safe - perfect for heating water when hot water is not available. Dishwasher safe and perfect for professional use in barbershops or hotels to effectively kill bacteria.
Includes a microfibre travel bag and travel size Planet Phoenix shaving soap in a reusable container.

Instructions:
Remove stopper and add hot water to your travel scuttles inner chamber - BOOM, your ready to begin! Unlike a ceramic scuttle, you need not let the vessel sit to warm! Boiling water may be used, hot water from the tap or a Microwave Oven; Experiment!
Microwave Instructions: Remove stopper and fill up your scuttles inner chamber, then place in microwave for approximately one minute. Note: No more than a minute! Do not replace stopper until scuttle is removed from oven. Be Careful, Water Will Be Hot.
When you finish shaving, rinse off the Travel Scuttle, remove stopper and empty the inner chamber. Turn upside down and allow to dry for at least 3 hours. Place stopper in top bowl till next use.

Usual quality product from excellent business.
It took a few times to work out that boiling water is to hot to make a good lather.
However using water just below boiling made creating a good lather simple once you refine your technique. I find having to re lather with warm soap keeps the lather thick and creamy. Very pleased with the purchase.
Truly a unique experience shaving with warm foam. Calming and very relaxing. initially I thought it to be gimmick`E but I digress, I have really enjoyed the unique experience and I don`t think I would go back to shaving any other way in the future. The added bonus is that it is made from virtually indestructible material, which means, that I can take it with me where ever I go as an added travel companion.
I’m a convert to hot lather! This scuttle is very easy to use, and makes building a lather super quick and easy. I do take the extra minute to put it in the microwave, but even hot water from the tap does the job. The bonus is that the scuttle is very light and tough, so you really can travel with it and fully enjoy a shaving routine on the road. The travel bag and sample soap were nice bonuses. I’m very pleased to add this to my shave den, and Fine Shave delivered it super quickly. Recommended.
