Dry shave

This shaving soap gives a curious dry shave feeling, resulting in a few more nicks. The soap takes a bit more effort to lather up and dries so rapidly that it sticks to my face like a layer of thin white paint after shaving. It requires many more shaving strokes to get a clean shave. The sandalwood aroma is so faint that it is barely detectable. There are much better options available at FineShave, like the Truefitt & Hill sandalwood shaving cream at about the same price.

Nice bowl, nice soap

I can't fault it. Nice little reusable bowl. Nice soap. Lathers well and easily, shaves smoothly. Definitely sandlewood.
Yes, I would purchase again. I have the bowl, but I'd definitely purchase the soap again.
