This brush a loose homage of the Itsy-bitsy Erskine B-200. Or reimagining to a mysterious brush from the past, it's also an homage to Summer itself! Remember the color of chlorinated pools in the 80's? This is pretty much that.

There is something so naturally ergonomic about the octagon shaped base of the handle. It really feels good and secure in the hand; substantial & comfortable. Traits we are always looking for in our designs.

The Spectral Synth Hybrid Knot is a Fan/Bulb Hybrid. You'd be amazed at how fast synthetic fibers are evolving.

The Spectral features super soft tips, almost gel like when wet and a killer fiber density, providing you with some great backbone and more wispy than scritchy face lathers. The Stygian Knot is sure to impress even the hardiest traditionalist out there still clinging to their badger, boar and horse hair counterparts.

Pleasantly surprised

Historically I've always used natural brushes but after a very informative discussion with frank he suggested I try a synthetic hybrid brush. My experience with this brush over the last 3 weeks has been very positive. I have been able to achieve a thick and consistent lather both on face and in bowl with relatively little effort. Very happy with my purchase and would strongly recommend others try a hybrid brush.

Phantom Aerolite Shaving Brush

Very nice looking and comfortable ergonomic handle to hold the brush comfortably in your hand. Provides good grip and fits well even in big hands like mine.
Does not require much time to "break in".

It has very soft synthetic hair which gives a nice "Wispy" and smooth feel on the face, but with sufficient backbone for lathering.
Different feel from Badger Brush.
Makes loads of rich lather very easily even with with soaps.

A pleasure to use.
