With Auckland in Alert Level 2 we are open for online orders as normal. Our Showroom will open again when Auckland moves to Alert Level 1, at this point we aim for 15th March.
As a small family business we already operate in our own family bubble, so we can continue to fulfill online orders under the current alert level. Orders placed before 4pm Mon-Fri, will be dispatched the same day via CourierPost or NZ Couriers. We don't expect any delays at the moment.
Showroom
Our Auckland Showroom will be closed during Alert Level 3 or 2. However we do offer a contactless "pick up" option. Online order are dispatched as usual.
Click & Collect (within 1 hour)
Don't want to wait for the courier? Shop online and collect your order via contactless "pick up" from our Auckland showroom. Just add everything you love to your cart and complete the checkout process by selecting "Pick up". Orders are usually ready within an hour (Mon-Fri 9am-5pm), we will email/text once your order is available.
Shipping times
- All stock is here in New Zealand in our warehouse (we don't do drop shipping)
- Orders placed before 4pm Mon-Fri will be dispatched the same day
- We use fast Courier shipping, either by CourierPost or NZ Couriers
- Contactless Pickup available from our showroom
