We strongly recommend using "Signature Required" for higher-value orders or if there is no safe place to leave your parcel (that's weatherproof & out of view of the street).

Tracked service with a delivery target of 1-2 business days and someone at your address must sign for the parcel or you have given NZ Post a "Leave my parcel authority".

Packaging :

We do everything we can to send your products as securely as possible.

All orders are packaged in cardboard wrap or cardboard boxes.
For void fill, we use food-grade plain newsprint paper or biodegradable pop cornstarch.
We try to avoid using plastic packaging as much as we can (eg. bubble wrap), but some manufacturers might use some plastic wrapping or product packaging. Feel free to contact us and we will check.
Our courier bags are compostable, they are made from corn starch, PLA and PBAT. A natural alternative to traditional plastic-based courier bags.

Change of Mind Returns

You are more than welcome to return products within 60 days of delivery if you decide they aren't right for you (10-day returns on all clearance items). Because we need to be able to resell the item to another wet shaving enthusiast, we just ask that the following conditions are met:

The Condition: Products must be unopened, unused, and in the same condition you received them. This includes all manufacturer packaging, seals, labels and accessories.
Shipping Costs: For change of mind returns, the cost of returning the item is the customer’s responsibility. Original shipping charges are also non-refundable.
Free Shipping Adjustments: If your original order qualified for free shipping, but returning an item reduces the remaining order value below the free shipping threshold, we’ll simply deduct the original shipping cost from your refund.

Received a Damaged or Incorrect Item?

We take great pride in packing your orders safely, but sometimes accidents happen in transit or we make a packing mistake. We are so sorry if this happens! Please let us know immediately. We will arrange and pay for the return shipping. As soon as the return is confirmed, we’ll happily send a replacement or provide a full refund, whichever you prefer.

While we strive to be as accurate as possible, manufacturers occasionally update their packaging, formulas, or ingredients without notifying us. Pack Safely: For "change of mind" returns, please ensure the item is securely packaged inside a shipping box. If the product or its original manufacturer packaging arrives damaged, we unfortunately won't be able to accept the return.
Send It Back: We highly recommend using a tracked, signature-required shipping method. We cannot be responsible for "change of mind" returns that are lost or damaged in transit.

All MÜHLE soaps are made from very elaborate recipes that perfectly prepare the skin and beard at a particularly careful and mild shave. A benefactor fun.

The valuable ingredients originate from selected essences of Oriental sandalwood. The precious, essential oil is used, which is achieved by a multi-stage distillation process. Sandalwood nourishes and pampers the skin and the senses. With fine fragrance notes of coriander and star anise.

How to use a Soap Stick :

Use warm water to wet your beard
Rub the stick against the grain all over your beard
Use a wet shaving brush to build lather directly on your face
For bowl lathering: Dip the tip into hot water for some seconds and give your brush a few rubs against the stick
Tip: Keep adding a little water while working the brush on the face. It quickly adds more volume to the lather. Stop when you are satisfied and shave.

Great for Shaving Soap for travel

Tried this for a traveling option. I am really impressed! Produces a very nice lather and seems like it might last a long time! Would really recommend giving it a try!

Great lather and smooth shave!

I received this today, and having not used a Shaving Soap Stick before I tried it when I got home. I applied the soap and lathered with my brush and once I saw how rich and generous the foam was, I put my razor together and had a shave! The shave was smooth and the lather held in the brush for the second pass! I was going to use this for travelling, but it well get used a lot more often!

Disappointed.

I seem unable to have much success with this product. I find it difficult to lather and the resulting lather gums up my razor. Possibly user error but I use alternatives with more ease.
