Expected much better for the price

Coming from using the cheapest no-name 2 blade disposable razor (which I replace every couple of months) I was really looking forward to trying this thing out and just assumed the Henson would be better. But I’m not sure that it is.
It’s fine, but it doesn’t shave better or more easily than the cheap blunt disposables I’ve been using - it definitely needed to given the high cost.
It really struggles when there’s more than a day of growth, or if the blade is more than a week old. The cheap disposables handle both those situations fine.

Hanson AL13 RAZOR

Very nice shaver, does a good job, cost is high but price of blades is very low when you think that a 5 pack of blades can cost $35 from supermarket and you know this shaver will last a long time. Personally I would recommend this product as a long time investment over cheap supermarket ****.
