Great standard blades

Been using these for years now - they are a great standard blade. Not as agressive as Feathers but way better than some cheapo equivalents. And the packaging means you can slide the used blade safely back in the packet when the new one pops out :-)

Smooth and sharp

I have been trying many blades from the mid to upper price range. Gillette 7 O'Clock, Astra SP, Bic, Gillette Silver Blue, Derby, Rockwell and Feather. Using a Henson Ti22++, these Wilkinson's are excellent and other than the Feather, would be my go-to blade.

Wilkinson DE Razor Blades

I had been using Wilkinson Sword razor blades for years. When the supermarkets stopped selling DE blades of any sort, ended up having to use the expensive disposable razors which I dislike and have done so for years. Searching on the web found the Wilkinson blades at Fineshave and bought the blades along with a new razor. Very happy with the purchase. The blades appear to be as good as the previous ones, so no more expensive and crappy disposable razors.

Smoooooth and sharpen up nicely after the first shave, second is great and the third is spectacular while still being as smooth as the first. The most consistent quality I have found too, no duds yet. Great combo with my Rockwell C6.

As I’ve said in other product reviews on here, I have very sensitive skin.
With these blades and the prorasso sensitive shave soap/aftershave I am confident in not having razor burn and other irritation.

A great blade, but over-packaged

The blades are excellent, and their cost is offset by how sharp they stay.

However, they are very over-packaged, with a lot of plastic, making them a poor choice environmentally speaking.

While I enjoyed using the blades, I probably would not buy them again because of the packaging.

I have recently started to use a blade razor again after many years. I find that the Wilkinson DE blades last about a week each, which makes blade shaving far more economical than using cartridge blades. Service from Fineshave was excellent as usual.

I have somewhat sensitive skin and so I can only really use these blades once, maybe twice, before switching. However, they are very sharp and feel much nicer than cheaper options.
