Great service and advice from the team as usual. These blades are so incredibly sharp that i get a near perfect shave in two passes, and nicks are almost non-existent. Surprisingly forgiving in a Hansen medium razor now that I know what I’m doing.
If you’re running a Hansen medium, or apparently mild in any other brand, you have to give these a go.

When your 'safety razor' has donned a feather blade, the slightest pressure on the blade whilst shaving, will lead to cuts; ask me how i know haha.

My 2nd choice.

Compared to Muhle blades I can only give feather 4 stars. My first choice is now muhle. German steel. Feather placing 2nd. Astra placing 3rd. I would buy feather if Muhle blades are not available when i order my next double edge razor blades. Its good to try other brands of blades to compare and experience which brand of blade is worth buying and which brand keeps its sharpness after a few shaves.

Extremely sharp, excellent blade.

My gold standard is the Dovo Super blade on a Henson AL13 (mild exposure). The Feather is every bit as good but it is too sharp for me! I applied the slightest bit of extra pressure going around my jawline and it was a bit of a horror show. This isn't important but the quality of the etching on the blade is phenomenal. What a classy product.

The sharpest blade on the market

Feather blades are hands down the sharpest blades money can buy. Have rated 5-stars because they do exactly what they’re supposed to do. However, if you’re not confident or you’re shaving an uneven surface such as your head, this blade can be unforgiving. The blades come in a convenient plastic pack with a slot on the back for discarding used blades. Once you’ve used up all of your blades you can just throw the whole pack away. Will definitely keep buying these.

They must be good, going by all the reviews I see here and online. They are certainly delicate due to being super sharp. However, I am in no way an expert in blades etc, as I am very new to this game. In fact I am currently suffering from razor burn lol. I will get there, I am sure.
