Order Dispatch :

• Orders are dispatched from our Auckland Warehouse.
  We do not drop ship; all stock is on our shelf here in NZ.
• We aim to dispatch your order the same day via NZ Post Courier or New Zealand Couriers (orders must be received & paid before 4PM).
• Orders placed on a Saturday, Sunday, or Public Holiday will be dispatched the next business day.
• Tracking details are automatically emailed once your order has been packed.

• Rural Delivery (RD addresses) can add a couple of business days. Please select the Rural shipping option during checkout for the quickest delivery.

Shipping method :

During checkout, you will be offered various shipping methods.

• Authority to Leave - Courier Delivery
  Tracked service with a delivery target of 1-2 business days. No Signature is required and the courier driver will leave your parcel in a safe place (any item lost or stolen after delivery is at your own Risk). Your parcel is still covered if the Courier damages or loses it during transport.
  We strongly recommend using "Signature Required" for higher-value orders or if there is no safe place to leave your parcel (that's weatherproof & out of view of the street).
  
• Signature Required - Courier Delivery
  Tracked service with a delivery target of 1-2 business days and someone at your address must sign for the parcel or you have given NZ Post a "Leave my parcel authority". 
  Please keep in Mind: "Authority to Leave (ATL)" is assigned to your address (not a person). If you have just moved to a new address or another household member has given an Authority to Leave - this will apply to anyone at the same address. To manage an ATL, create a NZ Post account for free and check your address verification status.

• Rural (non-urban) Delivery
  Tracked service with a delivery target of 1-4 business days. During checkout most rural (non-urban) addresses are detected, but if your address is new or doesn't match the NZ Post database you might be given multiple shipping options. Please choose one of the rural shipping options to avoid any delays.

Missed a delivery :

This could be because your parcel needed a signature or the courier driver didn’t think it was safe to leave it. Your parcel is then returned to the local depot and you have the option to have it re-delivered or re-directed to another address (within 50km).

You can also authorise the delivery driver to sign for your parcel on your behalf and leave it in a safe place of your choice.

Packaging :

We do everything we can to send your products as securely as possible.

• All orders are packaged in cardboard wrap or cardboard boxes.
• For void fill, we use food-grade plain newsprint paper or biodegradable pop cornstarch.
• We try to avoid using plastic packaging as much as we can (eg. bubble wrap), but some manufacturers might use some plastic wrapping or product packaging. Feel free to contact us and we will check.
• Our courier bags are compostable, they are made from corn starch, PLA and PBAT. A natural alternative to traditional plastic-based courier bags.

• Should your product end up being damaged during shipment, follow the procedure here and we will send you a replacement.

Returns Policy

We offer a 30-days return policy. Even if you simply change your mind or don't like a product, because we know shopping online can be hard.

However, there are some terms & conditions to keep it fair for everyone.

Change of Mind :

You are welcome to return any Unopened & Unused products within 30 days of delivery. In general, goods must be returned in their original purchase condition including all product parts and manufacturer's packaging in original condition.

Please note, we do not cover return shipping & the original postage fee is none refundable for change of mind returns. If your initial order has qualified for free shipping and your change of mind return brings the order value under the free shipping threshold, we may deduct the amount of what the initial shipping cost would have been from your refund.

Wrong or damaged item delivered :

We apologize if you have received a damaged or wrong product. We take great care when packing your items to avoid any damage during transport. Please let us know as soon as possible and we will arrange for the item to be returned to us at our cost. Once we have received the item we will send out a replacement.  If you prefer we can also refund the product once we have received the item back.

Wrong product description :

While we try to be as accurat as possible, sometimes we do make mistakes, or manufactures change product details (eg ingredients). If you are concerned about a product you have received, please let us know as soon as possible. We are more than happy to take back any product that is "not as described" on our website. We will organise the return of the product at our cost.

How to return a Product  :

Returned "change of mind" products that arrive in a damaged condition, including damage to their manufacturer's packaging - may not be accepted for return, please take care to package the item safely.

We are not responsible for "change of mind" return packages that may be lost or damaged in transit. It is recommended that you choose a shipping method with tracking & signature required delivery.

We will process your refund once we have received the returned product. Refunds will be credited against your original method of payment, eg to the credit card you used to make the purchase.
