Mitchells Luxury shaving soap is made to an exclusive old traditional formula dating back to 1893. This set includes the original Mitchell's Ceramic Dish.
Mitchell’s Wool Fat (MWF) has a legendary status in the traditional shaving community and has been long revered for its superior quality. Added Lanolin and Tallow make the performance and lather from this wool fat shaving soap very suitable for those with sensitive skin. It is a highly regarded shaving soap which will bring luxury to your shaving routine. The scent of this shaving soap is a fine fragrance based around Patchouli and enhanced with extracts of Lavender, Pine and Clove on a spicy base of Nutmeg, Cedarwood, Sandalwood, Vanilla and Musk.

Use it on consecutive days and it gets better and better, as if it appreciates the attention. Another point about this soap is that it is a hard soap and it is recommended to use a brush with some backbone like a Boar Bristle Shaving Brush (soft badger brushes are hard to charge up with enough lather).

Mitchells woolfat with bowl.

Decided to buy this soap after looking at reviews as i was having problems with sore redness on my sensitive skin as u get older around my neck. Was impressed by prensentaton nicely boxed after using for a couple of weeks have noticed any redness has all most gone very slick and nice scent i fill the bowl with warm water allow to sit for a few minutes tip remaining water out then lather using brush the lanolin leaves your skin feeling nice and moisturising worth buying. It will be my number 1 daily use soap from now on.Thank you for your fast delivery and looking after your customers lookforward to ordering again.

I've read reviews saying this is a nice soap but hard to lather, but I don't agree. Found it extremely easy to lather and produces a great and thick lather that smells nice too. Highly recommend
