We do everything we can to send your products as securely as possible.
All orders are packaged in cardboard wrap or cardboard boxes.
For void fill, we use food-grade plain newsprint paper or biodegradable pop cornstarch.
We try to avoid using plastic packaging as much as we can (eg. bubble wrap), but some manufacturers might use some plastic wrapping or product packaging. Feel free to contact us and we will check.
Should your product end up being damaged during shipment, follow the procedure here and we will send you a replacement.

Change of Mind Returns
You are more than welcome to return products within 60 days of delivery if you decide they aren't right for you (10-day returns on all clearance items). Because we need to be able to resell the item to another wet shaving enthusiast, we just ask that the following conditions are met:
The Condition: Products must be unopened, unused, and in the same condition you received them. This includes all manufacturer packaging, seals, labels and accessories.
Shipping Costs: For change of mind returns, the cost of returning the item is the customer’s responsibility. Original shipping charges are also non-refundable.
Free Shipping Adjustments: If your original order qualified for free shipping, but returning an item reduces the remaining order value below the free shipping threshold, we’ll simply deduct the original shipping cost from your refund.
Received a Damaged or Incorrect Item?
We take great pride in packing your orders safely, but sometimes accidents happen in transit or we make a packing mistake. We are so sorry if this happens! Please let us know immediately. We will arrange and pay for the return shipping. As soon as the return is confirmed, we’ll happily send a replacement or provide a full refund, whichever you prefer.

Request a Return: Please complete the Return Request Form below, or email us at shop@fineshave.co.nz so we can authorize the return and know to expect your package.
Pack Safely: For "change of mind" returns, please ensure the item is securely packaged inside a shipping box. If the product or its original manufacturer packaging arrives damaged, we unfortunately won't be able to accept the return.
Send It Back: We highly recommend using a tracked, signature-required shipping method. We cannot be responsible for "change of mind" returns that are lost or damaged in transit.

For Straight and Wavy Hair:
Uppercut Deluxe Foam Tonic helps create an effortless, freshly washed look to straight and wavy hair by adding light hold and a healthy shine.
To style, apply 1-2 pumps of Foam Tonic to hands and disperse through the hair. Apply more Foam Tonic as necessary, ensure all hair is covered. Comb to style as desired.
For Curls:
Uppercut Deluxe Foam Tonic works as a curl booster thanks to its light hold properties. This product can be used to help define and emphasize curls while taming fly away and adding a healthy shine.
To Style, apply 1 - 2 pumps of Foam Tonic to hands and scrunch into hair, raking through curls as you apply. Reapply as necessary.
Pre-Styling:
Uppercut Deluxe Foam Tonic was intentionally designed as a pre-styling product.
Foam Tonic offers protection against brittleness and damage from the harshness of heat styling via its unique blend of Quinoa and Vitamin B5 extracts while building the optimal foundation layer for additional styling products.
To use Foam Tonic as a Pre-Styler, apply 2-3 pumps of Tonic to slightly damp hair.
Blow-dry as desired or until hair is dry. To finish, use your preferred Uppercut Deluxe styling product.
Hair and Scalp Care:

To use Foam Tonic as a cutting agent, apply 1-2 pumps of product to damp hair and comb through. Alternatively, dilute Foam Tonic (1 part Tonic, 9 Parts water) to a Spray Bottle and wet and use as normal

Compared to Astra blades, I felt Feather DE blades to be more sharp, clean and i got quite a few shaves from one blade compared to the Astra. Feather blades are most certainly my first choice. Like any product, you need to try it to know if its worth the money, most importantly, quality. This time im trying Muhle blades and i will post a review on these blades to compare with Feather blades. I like how Fine shave have many different brands of DE razor blades. The reviews from other customers on their experience with brands is a very important element in deciding to purchase and try a blade brand. This is my second order of DE blades from Fineshave. I will post a review on the Muhle blades when I have my first shave with them to compare against Astra and Feather.
